The holiday villa Coconut Village - A1 features 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, 1 bedroom with a single bed, and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning. The Master bedroom is on the first floor, has glass gabled frontage with large windows, as well as an amazing and wonderful view of the beach gardens, and further onto the sea. This holiday home also has the security feature of a private garage, with remote control to secure the door. This villa provides enough space for up to a maximum of 5 persons.
The rental rate of this all-inclusive beach villa is 5.600 Thb per night during low season, 7.400 Thb per night during high season and 7.800 Thb per night during the Christmas and New Year’s peak seasons. (Rates do not include service charge and VAT.) Go to Price List.

Beach Home Specifications & Highlights
Coconut Village – A1 is located on the first row of rental beach villas on Bang Por Beach. Guests of this Samui villa will enjoy enchanting views from the wooden terraces, overlooking the beach and exquisite palm gardens of the grounds. Combining the grace and beauty of Thai architecture with modern touches, the terrace and entrance to your holiday villa are covered with a wooden structure. Ceiling fans, sun beds and a comfortable sitting corner, provide the luxury of rest in the shade.
Each bedroom has air-conditioning units, a very necessary addition for guests renting tropical holiday homes. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor, and has an ensuite bathroom. From the Master bedroom on the first floor, with a remarkable glass gabled frontage, guests have an amazing nice view onto the beach and the Gulf of Thailand. There is only one single bed in the slightly smaller 2nd bedroom on the first floor. Within the slightly smaller second bedroom, on the first floor, there is a single bed. Within the living space of the lower floor, there is a built-in kitchen, with all the amenities of home.
The beach of Bang Por is 3.5kms long, luring the visitor, and holiday renter, to take a stroll and explore the beaches. This sandy beach is unique on Koh Samui, and is also not crowded with many beachcombers and wandering tourists or beach-vendors. You will find, however, some of the island’s best Thai restaurants within walking distance.
There are only 15 holiday houses in Coconut Village Resort. Nine houses are directly on the beach, while the remaining ones are on the 2nd and 3rd row. All homes have been built with a similar design, but independently and individually have been decorated and altered. A swimming pool graces the middle of the resort, surrounded by palm trees and ornamental shrubs, which brilliantly flower throughout the whole year. The swimming pool, with its crystal clear water, also features a separate pool for children, a whirlpool, and a sea-view that postcards are made from.
